In the industry for more than 25 years, Jenna worked under renowned stylist Sal Longo for over ten years before being given the opportunity to take over The Salon and carry on the legacy in downtown Belleville. Jenna continues with her education in the field. She has attended multiple creative colouring classes at the TIGI Academy in New York, World Release in Dallas, Experience K seminars in Mexico, numerous workshops in Toronto and Montreal, trained in NYC with Masters of Balayage, studied the art of colour with Business of Balayage, express styling with L’Oreal and attended the L’Oreal World Tour in both Italy and LA. Jenna is certified in extensions and has also expanded her skill set in special occasion makeup application, training with Evagarden Makeup from Italy. Jenna appreciates all of The Salon’s loyal clientele and is excited for what’s to come.

Rachel grew up on a local farm and landed in the beauty industry because she loves to chat and leave people feeling good! Over the past 20+ years, hairstyling has taken her many places, as she continued her education attending workshops in New Orleans, New York, Montreal, Toronto, Mexico. She has completed training in Arizona with The Business of Balayage and recently participated in expansive training with Redken. Inspired by new techniques, Rachel looks forward to servicing her repeat clients, who she now refers to as her friends.

Marissa is a creative stylist who loves what she does. She has been showcasing her talents at The Salon for over 20 years and continues to upgrade her skills by attending showcases and workshops. She has trained extensively throughout Canada, has attended three Experience K conferences, trained in Arizona with The Business of Balayage and attended the L’Oreal World Tour in LA. She specializes in short hair, balayage and working with natural curl patterns. Marissa is always ready to share the latest hair trends with her colleagues and clients.

Raylene is a veteran stylist at The Salon, servicing local clientele for over three decades. Her passion is creative cutting, colour and styling. She is an extension specialist transforming clients using Hot Heads hair extensions. With over 32 years experience, Raylene strives to be ahead of the curve in the latest trends in hair and fashion. The team at The Salon appreciates her extensive knowledge and wisdom in the beauty industry.

Colleen comes to us from the GTA with over 14 years experience. Now residing in the Quinte area, she has developed an amazing clientele and always welcomes new faces at The Salon. Her passion is in hair colouring and she has trained with L’Oréal Professional and has earned her Master Colourist certification with Davines. She has attended Experience K in Mexico and the L’Oreal World Tour in LA. Colleen is also certified by HotHeads to install and maintain, both weft extensions and tape-ins. She also specializes in updos and weddings.

Kellie joins us from the Durham region bringing 14+ years of experience to the team. With a recent move to Quinte West, she loves the outdoors and is excited to experience small town living. Kellie has an eye for detail with expertise in advanced colour. She has extensive training in formulation mastery with Robert Brown and Air Touch techniques with Rodica – and she loves the challenge of a good colour correction! Kellie has also studied creative haircutting with Jacob Khan + Ben White and is skilled in special occasion styling. Kellie joins The Salon team continuing her passion in the industry and is excited to start training alongside L’Oréal Pro and our other salon partners. She is taking new clients and available for online bookings.

Always smiling and ready to book your next appointment, Rachel G. is our Salon Coordinator at The Salon and client management is her specialty. She can be found at front reception and all around The Salon, keeping everything running smoothly daily, and ensuring a wonderful experience for all our clients.

Daniella joined The Salon team with over 10 years experience in the esthetics industry. She will be offering all of her specialties upstairs at The Beauty Loft inside the salon. Her services include full body waxing, lashing, makeup, NUDA spray tanning and GelBottle nail enhancements. Daniella loves putting a smile on her client’s face. She is excited to reconnect with old friends in the area and is looking forward to meeting new ones.

With The Salon since 2016, Lauren has attended several training seminars, completed Keys to Colour 1 & 2 at L’Oréal in Toronto, trains at The Salon weekly with a senior stylist and recently attended Experience K in Mexico. A graduate of the hair styling program at St. Lawrence college, she has quickly become a recognized face within our salon community. Lauren is accepting new clients for all colour services, long hair cutting and styling. She has a passion for blonding and has trained alongside several L’Oreal platform artists. She is HotHeads certified to install and maintain both weft extensions and tape-ins. Lauren is also trained in special occasion makeup application with ongoing instruction from EvaGarden Makeup Italy. With her extensive product knowledge she leads the The Salon’s expansive in-house makeup counter. Lauren is always ready to assist clients with all their hair and/or makeup needs!

Tara studied hairdressing at St. Lawrence College in Kingston, and has continued her training alongside our team since 2018. She has attended Experience K in Mexico, completed L’Oréal’s Keys to Colour 1 & 2 and has trained with numerous L’Oréal platform artists over the years. A natural talent Tara does it all! She is accepting new clients for all hair services, specializing in blonding/balayage, fantasy shades and extensions. Tara is certified by HotHeads to install and maintain both weft extensions and tape-ins. In 2023, Tara expanded her extension expertise and now offers a variety of Bellami hair extension services, including flex weft, hand-tied weft, and volume weft. Aron joined the Salon over 5 years ago. She is a graduate of the hairdressing program at St. Lawrence College and fully licensed. Aron is warm and welcoming and loves working to help her clients with their hair concerns. Aron has trained with stylist Sharon Hussey on women’s short haircutting and barbering with Darren Jensen of L’Oréal Professional. She recently attended Experience K in Mexico and continues traning with Level 4/5 stylists to improve her craft. She is also HotHeads certified to install and maintain both weft extensions and tape-ins. Aron has expanded her skill set in special occasion makeup application, training with EvaGarden Makeup from Italy. She is available to assist you with all of your cosmetic needs, including product suggestions at The Salon's expansive makeup counter.

Emma began her journey with an apprenticeship here at The Salon in 2020. She is a graduate of the hairstyling program at St. Lawrence College and fully licensed. With an eye for style, a lovely personality, and a desire to continue to advance her skill set, Emma is sure to impress! She has completed Keys to Colour 1+2 with L'Oréal Pro, attended the BTC show in Orlando, Experience K in Mexico and works on the floor learning alongside our top Level 4/5 stylists. She has trained in Toronto learning the art of up-styling with RICA Italy and attends cutting classes with our L’Oreal platform artists. She is currently accepting new clients so be sure to say hello at your next visit!

Meagan began at The Salon as a co-op student in 2019 and joined the team immediately after her placement was finished. She is a graduate of the St. Lawrence College hairstyling program and a Level 1 stylist accepting new clients here at The Salon. Meagan is also our new stylist and apprentice floor supervisor. She has completed Keys to Colour 1 & 2, a blonding course, several signature cutting classes with L’Oreal, attended Wahl barbering course and Experience K in Mexico. She continues building on her skill set on the shop floor in all areas alongside our senior staff. Meagan has been training in special occasion makeup application, with EvaGarden Makeup from Italy. She is available to assist you with all of your makeup needs, including product suggestions to take home from our beauty counter.

A grad of the hairstyling program at St. Lawrence College, Brie completed her placement with us and immediately fit right in here at The Salon! She is a lovely addition to the team and she joins our amazing roster of apprenticing stylists. In her spare time, Brie has a passion for writing, live music and anything Starbucks. Brie is working towards a bright future in the industry. She has completed Keys to Colour 1 , L’Oreal Blonding and Wahl barbering courses. She gas also attended Experience K in Mexico and continues with on-floor training and additional courses with our L’Oreal platform artists.

Reilly first joined our team at The Salon in reception. She works closely with our Salon Coordinator by helping schedule your appointments. If she’s not at the front desk to greet you, you will find Reilly on the shop floor assisting our stylists. Whether up front or out back, Reilly helps keep our busy shop running smoothly!

Hailey has been an amazing asset to the team here at The Salon for the past few years. She joined us as an assistant in the fall of 2021 and is currently in her fourth year at Trent University.
