Cancellation Policy
The Salon requests 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling of your pre-booked service(s). Guests cancelling with less than 24 hours notice, are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of their scheduled service(s). We understand that unexpected events and/or illness can happen without advance notice. Please call us at 613-966-4247 (leave a voicemail if your call goes unanswered) as soon as you know you’re unable to make your scheduled appointment. No-Show Policy
Guests who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without contacting The Salon, are considered “no shows”. No-shows are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) and will also be required to leave a credit card on file in order to schedule future services.
Online Bookings
All bookings made online will require a credit card to be put on your file. Nothing will be charged to your account at time of booking. In the event of less than 24 hours notice of cancellation or a no-show, 50% of the scheduled service would then be charged. The Salon thanks you in advance for understanding that last minute cancellations and no-shows, leave gaps in their day that cannot be filled without sufficient notice. This prevents them from accommodating other guests waiting for appointments. As a courtesy, The Salon sends appointment confirmations via text and/or email. If you do not respond to your text/email, a receptionist will call you to confirm, leaving a voicemail if the call goes unanswered. At this point, we feel confident that we have attempted all means of contacting you as a reminder for your appointment. Please remember that ultimately it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid missed appointments, late arrivals, and any associated fees.
Re-Do Policy
The Salon stands behind their artistry, experience, and education, to provide you with high quality services. If you are unsatisfied with your end result, we request that you contact us within one week of the service being performed. A consultation will be scheduled at that time for you to meet with your service provider, as well as a member of management and/or lead stylist. An assessment will be done to determine if there was a technical error made, and if an adjustment is determined necessary, there will be no charge involved. Service Deposits: • The Salon requires a $150 deposit when scheduling a colour correction service. • The Salon requires a $50 deposit, per person, for large group bookings such as bridal parties. • The Salon requires a 50% deposit when ordering custom hair extensions.
Right to Refuse
The Salon holds high standards for ourselves. We aim to provide our guests with excellent customer service and professionalism, all while providing an enjoyable experience, in a clean and inviting space. We promise to provide the best service, to the best of our abilities, and remain committed to being transparent with our guests & their goals. The Salon reserves the right to refuse any service should we feel the service is not possible to achieve without compromising the condition of the hair, and/or, we feel that we are unable to meet our guests expectations.
Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.
